Thanks, Karen. I'll look for that. 30 grams of protein for only 180 calories is great. Have a great trip. My daughter just got back from Idaho. It was cold.

I had a pretty good week food - wise. I was under calories for all seven days. So I know this weight today is OK even though it's no loss. I may have lost a fraction anyway because I don't have a digital scale.

    GW 142
    UGW 134 - 137

    1/31/25 147
    2/07/25 146
    2/14/25 145
    2/21/25 144.5
    2/28'25 144
    3/7/25 142
    3/14/25 141.5
    3/21/25 140.5
    3/28/25 139
    4/04/25 139

The weather is improving. Have a good week everybody.

And thank you all for posting. It's really helpful to me.

@Walela617 Great idea! A reset. I’m in too! Today is my day 1. I can feel myself slowly slipping into bad habits. A reset will help get me back on program and finish this challenge closer to goal. Good luck. Three weeks left. Stay strong. 💪

    Good morning!

It has been another up and down week. I was doing union business out of town where they provided some food so I went up from indulging. This is a new week and no events where there is food provided for the next month so I should be on a path of losing again.

    SW for this challenge: 275

    GW for this challenge: 265

    CW: 263

    Difference: - 12 lbs

I am going to do a weekly 36 hour fast and Sundays will be the day I fast. Well it will be more like 40 hours since I will finish eating around 6:00pm on Saturdays and eat again Mondays around 10:00 am. I unintentionally fast frequently enough since I can’t eat when I have headaches or migraines so this time it will be planned fasting but making sure to drink lots of water.

Wishing you all a successful and productive week!

    True

@faurotann Actually, I think I did lose about 2 lbs when I was shivering and my teeth were clacking together. LOL
