We are about the same weight and have the same goal, at least short term, so I wish us both luck and determination and commitment to get there, maybe by the end of the month? Or get close to it!

I'm getting there! I changed my UGW from 134-137 to 132. This is such a mental game. 132 is what I weighed when I got married. I haven't seen it since then (1979 - age 27) The real reason for the change is that it feels reasonable to me to maintain between 132 and 135. (This is where my scale dependency takes over).

I'm pretty much afraid of maintenance. I have all these big clothes in my closet that I can't quite feel good getting rid of. Maybe I should start going to thrift stores. I'm not a good shopper. In fact I hate shopping for clothes because it always makes me mad. Onward! I've got two months ahead of me to get to goal.

Thank you all for being here. I don't know why but it makes a big difference to me. Good luck all. Patience. Persistence.
