🐰 🐰 🐰 🐰 🐰04/11-DNW- (Trend Weight: DNW) No Weigh Friday. Kids are back in school as most roads have been made passable after the ice storm of the century. Today will be lots more of the yard clean up. A widow maker (large part of a tree top hanging by a thread) will be looked at hopefully today by a tree service. It is dangling dangerously near my main power lines coming in to the house and needs to be removed. It will be another long hard day. I must plan my meals and stick to the plan. It’s just too easy at this time to grab & go in the chaos. Better planning equals better results!

4/11- 130.2 Big surprise that was not such a big surprise given my visits to the bathroom yesterday and this morning. Don’t know what made a difference from one day to the next. Calories were good yesterday. Did 3 lap (5 mile) walk. Today, I am going to walk, but I am also heading to the gym. Facing out to eat AGAIN, tonight, but this morning’s number gives me hope that I will end this round with some sort of 130 number. I have pre-tracked my day, so I do have a planLooking at my 2023 history, on Jan 1, 2023, I was 146.6, March 2 138.0, and April 11, I was 131.4. By May 1, 2023, I was 128.2.
Looking at my 2925 History, on Dec 31, 2024, I was 138.2 March 1 135.2, and April 11 (today) 130.2 (but 132 yesterday). Pattern is slower this time, but does show me I can make it into the upper 120’s before looking at MOG dresses in May, and if my summer is good, I should be comfortable at the September wedding.

4/11 177.6 I had a case of the terrible no good hungries yesterday. My drive home in the evening felt like I was running the gauntlet with stores and ideas and ice cream ideas dancing in my head.
It was a victory to make it home where the food choices are at least in the realm of healthy. Of course I ate the absolute worst option available, a big old PB &J.But over all it was a win to not stop and buy garbage! I am ever so slightly trending slowly down.
This slow late Spring has me going bananas waiting to start full time gardening. According to my weather ap next week should be the first full time work week.I’m going to use this rainy weekend to finish organizing my friends house for the estate sale. Today I’m bringing a DF to help tackle the basement which has a craft room, 70 years of random storage and Christmas decor. We’ll make it fun.
I’m packing healthy snacks!! Taking a gym rest day, I have to force myself to do this. I admit I’m a bit of a workout addict.

A weekend is upon us and fortunately there are no planned social/eating opportunities stacked up. My nerd sheet tells me I am trending to 228.6, thanks to my shady past. I am out to prove him wrong.Found out yesterday my DSIL biopsy shows she has breast cancer. We are all hoping and praying they caught it soon enough that she will recover well with treatment. She has no pain or symptoms or lumps, but found it with a mammogram. Her husband has been treating lung cancer for two years. When it rains it pours, but our family has faith to lean on.

4/11-142-There is always an array of snacky crap at the quilt guild meeting and I chewed gum the whole time. I kept telling myself it’s not worth it plus, there is a cold/flu bug going around and that made me not want to eat anything. When I got home I had one scoop each of the pistachio and macadamia nut butter. My friend who I’ve been helping with the anxiety, is doing better and we are supposed to go watch “slack” for the local rodeo.(It’s the people trying to qualify for the main event this weekend.) I will take a bottle of water and it will be warm; normally I would want to eat crap and drink beer all day and I’m NOT doing that.

I’m in CA and my garden is behind and we have had a crazy spring…hot/cold/hot/cold…..and I’m going to an heirloom tomato sale tomorrow and will bring plants home. Our old rancher friend used to say to never plant tomatoes until Mother’s Day, so that makes me feel better. I’ll have to “harden them off” anyway.4 -

4/11- 168.3 - I'm not sure why I'm up a tad, I feel better today. I do have a bit of bloat and can't quite identify what's causing it, though it seems improved from yesterday, at least as far as feel and look goes. BF wanted to do dinner at home since he'll be home late from travel - no early release today! I'm giving my new (to me) Instant Pot a try for the first time. I have no clue what I'm doing but I found a recipe for it and it walks me through the steps in a way that seems like it makes sense. We'll see! Great news is that I've done my check in for the app. Down 23 cals, 6g carbs, maintained fat, and increased 2g protein for this coming week so nothing too challenging to change from this week. Now I just need to stay focused and stay on track this weekend and I'm so confident I'll see some scale movement and overall progress. Weekends have been absolutely destroying me and I need to fix that. Making my meal plan for next week today and groceries tomorrow <3 Hoping for easy-peasy, balanced but filling, and delicious!3 -
@_JeffreyD_ and @Chapter_3 You were talking about LMNT the other day. Coincidentally, I had just ordered SALTT after looking at both. It arrived yesterday. I just mixed a packet in a “cup” of coffee - my mug holds 18 oz. I have to say I love it!
