Please join us starting on 4/11 for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 293!

Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. You have only one hour to edit your post. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share. Make the board your own - track what is important for YOUR JOURNEY. 

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    🎷 66 yrs young F, 5ft 4 Round 293( my 223rd). So grateful as always @Quiltingjaine.

    Goals for every round;

    First and foremost, no feeding frenzies – I am not a shark or even a piranha!

    to weigh less at the end of the round than the start

    be happy because I feel that I have made the round count at the end

    I need to remain consistent - it does work! Good luck for success everyone.

    @Skyleen75 -It’s perfectly fine to be a workout addict…..it’s because you make exercise a priority and you’ll always be physically fit!
    I’m in CA and my garden is behind and we have had a crazy spring…hot/cold/hot/cold…..and I’m going to an heirloom tomato sale tomorrow and will bring plants home. Our old rancher friend used to say to never plant tomatoes until Mother’s Day, so that makes me feel better. I’ll have to “harden them off” anyway.

    4/11 - 168.3 - I'm not sure why I'm up a tad, I feel better today. I do have a bit of bloat and can't quite identify what's causing it, though it seems improved from yesterday, at least as far as feel and look goes. BF wanted to do dinner at home since he'll be home late from travel - no early release today! I'm giving my new (to me) Instant Pot a try for the first time. I have no clue what I'm doing but I found a recipe for it and it walks me through the steps in a way that seems like it makes sense. We'll see! Great news is that I've done my check in for the app. Down 23 cals, 6g carbs, maintained fat, and increased 2g protein for this coming week so nothing too challenging to change from this week. Now I just need to stay focused and stay on track this weekend and I'm so confident I'll see some scale movement and overall progress. Weekends have been absolutely destroying me and I need to fix that. Making my meal plan for next week today and groceries tomorrow <3 Hoping for easy-peasy, balanced but filling, and delicious!

    @_JeffreyD_ and @Chapter_3 You were talking about LMNT the other day. Coincidentally, I had just ordered SALTT after looking at both. It arrived yesterday. I just mixed a packet in a “cup” of coffee - my mug holds 18 oz. I have to say I love it!

    4/11  134.0  1 good day in a row. That’s how it starts. Taking friends for BBQ this afternoon. I will get 1# of brisket. It freezes well.
