Weightloss fail

I just can't do this anymore I am 4'10 and is 18 years old and is currently a student. I started loosing weight 2024 summer and lost 8 lbs (now 102lbs)until January. This was mainly because I had lunch first period and didnt eat anything for the whole school day. But ever since I had a shedule change my lunch is now 10:30 to 11:20 and I have gained 7 lbs(now 109lbs). I have been trying to walk 8000+ steps a day, do some weight training and skipped breakfast so lunch would be my first meal and at another meal after school plus dinner. This has made me only gain more weight and I feel like this is impossible as my calorie deficit is 1200(which i don't follow) and the only way I can truly lose weight is starve myself 24/7. I also dont track calories as i dont have a food scale so my calories are very inaccurate and i feel like it makes me constantly think about food and calories making me stress eat when i eat too much.Help pls

You are right in the middle of healthy weight now. You mught want to talk to a professional about your feelings about food. Are your parents aware of how you feel?

I'm going to level with you. When I was 17, I went on my first serious diet. I'm 5 ft. I was 121 pounds. I intentionally dropped down to 107 pounds in a few months. At this exact time, I began having serious stomach issues, went to a gastroenteroligist multiple times, had multiple colonoscopies, was finally diagnosed with celiac years later after multiple misdiagnoses. By that time I was 80 pounds and people thought I was going to die. Did the diet trigger my celiac? I can't prove it. But with autoimmune diseases, there is often a major stress trigger. I can't prove it, but that was the timing. I would not recommend that any teenager within the normal weight range try to lose weight. Ever. But that's my strong opinion, others will differ and someone will drop in to tell you how to continue losing weight.

I just don't know anymore, while 110 lbs isnt a lot for a 4'10 girl i feel it is, I am constantly bloated and have excess fat all over my body, not only do I feel unhealthy but I look it too so now I'm just so confused if I really am unhealthy or is it because I don't look skinny. Also when doing my annual check up my mind is 80 out of 85 which is worrying.

You don't need to defend yourself. You're going to do what you're going to do, and nobody here can stop you or convince you otherwise. I wish you the best.

Thank you for respecting my decision is do you have any weightloss advice or things for me to avoid to prevent my weightloss journey from being unhealthy?

I have already clearly stated my stance on that.

Does your doctor agree that you are constantly bloated, have excess fat all over your body, and look unhealthy? It is common to mis-evaluate our own bodies, particularly as women, and honestly I think it's more likely to happen when young. There is so much . . . propaganda . . . shame and bullying around body shape and size these days that it can affect and infect us.
I think you should ask your doctor if your weight is unhealthy for you. For sure, you should ask your doctor about bloating all the time, because that can be a sign of testable, treatable health conditions.
In general, I agree with Sollyn. It seems improbable that your current weight is inherently very unhealthy for a young woman, even at 4'10". Further, stress can increase water retention, and that can distort scale weight. The constant worry over food, plus the normal stresses of being a student, may simply be too much right now.
Talk with your doctor about your weight . . . and especially about the bloating.
