4/13- 169- 25 minutes stationary bike- short walk with the dogJust a short walk to the end of our road today with the dog. The knee is less angry but still gets very sore with much walking , which is why I did the bike today and short walk to get the dog some excercise He's doing better after his vet visit on Friday .
The universe is totally fighting me on getting to the 165 goal it seems. Just trying to stay the course. I did have a couple of peanut butter cookies yesterday but if the scale isn't going to move down when I am in a calorie deficit then what have I got to lose at this point. I may as well have a treat now and then. I know that's probably the wrong attitude but that is where I am at with this whole stall thing. I can't do much more unless I just stop eating.. stupid metabolism..

Stressing a bit about my seemingly upward trend. I would like to think it's a fluctuation but something tells me I might actually be gaining for real! I weigh myself a few times first thing in the morning on different parts of the floor and take a rough average. Well I saw numbers that I haven't seen in a while. I am eating a little bit more than usual and exercising a little bit less so I guess it's to be expected. Time to reel myself in before it becomes a problem.

4/15- 168.6Trying pretty hard to get back to a number that is closer to 165. I'd be lying if I said I was tracking my calories consistently because I am not. I just haven't taken the time.
My knee pain has gotten way less acute over the last two days with icing and a bit of rest. I haven't worked legs since last week other than my bike and its sort of driving me crazy. I have an appt with an ortho on Friday to see what is going on so I atleast know what I am dealing with.

133. I’m away for 3 weeks with no scale from tomorrow. I’m also transitioning to vegan for health and environmental reasons . Will be doing this gradually over the next few months and not the best time to pick to start as I will be eating out a lot.

Lately I haven’t been setting a specific goal each month mostly because I had a bad plateau in the winter so I’ve been giving myself a goal of just losing some weight, however little that may be. But with two weeks remaining in April I’d like to see myself hit a new low at least once more. I like seeing those lightening bolts on the list :)

4/17- 168.0Knee is slowly improving .Talking to my sister she thinks I had a cyst that ruptured and it makes total sense given my symptoms and how now things are going back to normal ,slowly. If it was some kind of soft tissue thing I would have swelling and it would not be improving like it is. I did weighted squats and no issues.
