I ran 178.6 miles. 10 more than August, 50 more than July. I ran my first half marathon (actually 15 miles) I'm training for my first marathon in November 12th in Richmond. This past weekend I ran 13.5 miles, rested Saturday, and ran 16 miles Sunday. I would like to hit 200 miles in October, but I'll be travelling this month, so we'll see.0
