Running: 23.8 miles (a new high for me, and I had a minor knee injury and didn't run the last week of the month!)

    Walking: 18.1 miles!

    Biking: 14.3 miles

For a total of 56.2 miles (I am pretty proud!)

BF and I went for about a 7 mile hike yesterday, I can't wait to see what October brings!

I don't really know how to convert my dance and SUP to miles, but I will give you my cycling miles:

Cycling and spin: 436 miles, including 100 miles on Sat. 9/24 (San Luis Obispo, CA Lighthouse Century). It was my first century ride and I am pleased not to be dead. ha!

99 ... sad compared to August when I did 126 but the last week or so of Sept was taper mode for my half marathon yesterday. October miles will likely be low too.

Ran 12 miles during the first week of September - stopped doing C25K to do 30DS. Cycled 60 miles.

Hope to increase the cycling miles this month.

I'm sure I'll beat that in October because I have about 7 weeks until my Half Marathon. :o)
