    🎷 66 yrs young F, 5ft 4 Round 294 (my 224th). So grateful as always @Quiltingjaine.

    Goals for every round;

First and foremost, no feeding frenzies – I am not a shark or even a piranha!

to weigh less at the end of the round than the start

be happy because I feel that I have made the round count at the end

I need to remain consistent - it does work! Good luck for success everyone.

    SW RND 294 –

4/21 DNW – yesterday we rode the motorbike to Sheffield on the annual Easter Egg run to raise funds for the children’s hospital; our youngest DGS received treatment in there as a 6 month old before his liver transplant, so the charity is dear to our hearts. We do it together with our DS, but this year was a little different, instead of our DIL riding pillion with him, his oldest DD,(aged 6 ½) rode with him now that her legs are long enough to reach the footrests. She was so excited! Three generations took part this year! A total of 827 bikes turned out! Not heard yet how much money was raised.

4/22 140.8 (trend 140.4) No structured waking; travelled back home.

4/22, F48, I didn't dare get on the scale. Lets say 219.4, same as yesterday.

This morning I finished tracking yesterday's foods, and was horrified at the calories in some of those few times a year foods I make. I think I HAVE to throw away the left overs. Which is difficult because food is crazy expensive. However, if I want to make progress in this first 10 day challenge it has to happen. But I did track! I did choose smaller portions! I did do this and I started a CBT weight loss book/workbook. Oh and I did write out a "sort of" meal plan. Today I will be more cognizant of those calorie bomb foods. I will log every bite. I will drink at least 8 cups of water [looks at water bottle and pick it up to drink].

    4/21: F48, 219.4 lbs, 5'6" Goal weight 155

10 day goal is to: stick with it. Not be on a mission to finish the easter leftovers. If they spoil they spoil! Increase my water. Track my foods, even if my intake exceeds my MFP goal. I know my first week will be an adjustment.

I'm nearing my all time high weight. This is my first day on MFP. Last week I knew things had to change, but the holiday was going to set me up for first week failure. I signed up for MFP today, found this challenge and thought, "I can manage this for a win."

I used to be quite fit. I lifted daily and worked out 1.5-2 hrs a day…had abs and all that. My self esteem is in the toilet right now. I'm a 48 yr old gran, who feels like an 80 yr old gran. Hopefully future updates will be more brief…lol

    4/21 - 168.9 -

4/22 - 168.5 - Down a touch which I will take. I'm feeling very bloated today and my clothes aren't fitting as great as they have been. I'm focused heavily on getting extra water in today to try to flush out some of this bloat. Yesterday I woke up with a sore neck from sleeping funny and now it's my back, - the right lowest rib in my back. I was able to push through my workout without too much issue but certain movements and deeeeeep breathing does irritate it. Apparently I need to reassess how I sleep! Hah! Food all logged today and I went ahead and copied over yesterday's log to tomorrow so I just need to come up with a small snack to get my carbs within buffer. Despite the bloat and feeling rather heavy, I'm confident this is just a small blip and I'll be feeling better in the next day or two!

I enjoy reading everyone’s posts with my morning coffee.

    Highest weight 242 lbs Lowest weight 142 lbs (2019) Re-start JGMTD Feb 2024 @ 204 lbs

4/23- 177.0 Thank goodness gardening season has begun. It’s making the Easter bloat deflate a bit faster. It feels so good to be outside.
The long cold wet Spring has my clients in a bit of a log jam. I’m doing garden triage just hopping from property to property doing immediate work that can’t be done late. Thank goodness for fall clean up!

I’m just delighted to be back outside and in my element. This is why I train all winter!

@Chapter_3 I’m always pulling for you and your healthy habits! Oh and in another life I’m a modern day southern spinster witch who lives in your cottage.
