@SosiRegime Happy Birthday! I hope it is grand
@_JeffreyD_ In elementary school, when we also had to walk home for lunch. I was uphill BOTH ways. My home was the bottom of one side of the hilland the school was at the bottom on the other side. I was glad for middle school and the bus. :P
@quiltingjaine What sweet mom and pups!! <3
@patriciafoley1 Handsome Shepherd! Would not have spotted him as one!

4/21- 168.94/22- 168.54/23- 167.54/24- 167.5 -4/25- 167.8 - A tiny jump up. Could be soreness (my arms! that's not my usual sore area) or from dinner having just enough heavy cream to cause my lactose pills to struggle. It's not so much that I have any tummy issues, just enough to cause bloat if I overload myself with dairy/lactose. Today all my meals and snacks are logged and within macros so feeling good. Tomorrow I won't even attempt to log/track since we're planning to go into the bigger town an hour and a half away for date night after meeting up with one of the guys BF met while at his training down there - he's one of those guys that doesn't have many friends and wanted to hang out so BF asked if we could meet him and I obliged. Date night will be at one of our favorite British pubs that's conveniently on the way home from the city and that's where logging becomes challenging. I did something to the arch of my foot today during basketball so I'll be taking things easy this weekend and aiming to hit my steps and walk the dogs as usual but limiting excess until it feels better. Hopefully it's just a little pulled muscle type situation and nothing too serious.3 -
@thistime716 ”However, I have friends and family in Herrin and Marion.”
My SIL lives in Marion and when we moved back to SI in 2004 we built in Herrin. It truly is a small world! Now we’re in much less humid and much more crowded Las Vegas!

@SModa61 he's a longcoat. In the AKC, a long coat is considered a show fault and they would not be shown or bred. In Europe, it isn't a show fault, in fact it seems many of the showline GSDs are longcoats. So you see it in European bred dogs. A lot of the Czech bred dogs are black. Longcoats tend to have a very sweet temperament. He has that, but he's also very very high energy.

04/23-194.2 💠 - (Trend Weight: 196.1)
04/24-195.2 ❌ - (Trend Weight: 196.0) Ditto on @quiltingjaine post today. It’s finally all coming back to haunt me. I’ve been eating a LOT of restaurant food due to how busy I’ve been. At night, I’ve started to just grab my nut snack (type varies) out of the container without measuring or counting them out so I know the quantities have been too high. I haven’t done that in years, honestly. I don’t want to start developing any bad habits! I got about 6 more hours of burning in yesterday but no more raking. Although not even half done with the raking, my piles are already too high so I’ll continue to focus on the burning for now. However, at some point the raking and branch removals will have to start back up or I’ll never be able to have it mowed! I hope you will all enjoy your day.
🐰 🐰 🐰 🐰 🐰 04/25-194.2 ✅ - (Trend Weight: 195.8) I usually don’t weigh on Fridays due to a special medication I take on Fridays only. Also, I have a weird sleep schedule as this is the day I wake up extra early to get my DGS off to school (first grade). I then often lay back down, which makes me get up extra late (usually around 10:30). So I don’t always feel that either weight will be comparable or accurate. Today I was 194.2 at 6:15 a.m. and I was 193.0 at 10:45 a.m. I’ll go for the higher weight as I was likely pretty dehydrated at the later hour. I must say though, having registered at 193, even for a possible unlikely minute made me feel pretty hopeful!

Newbie, F54, H 5’6” GW 150 (but any loss would feel like a victory right now) 🚫alcohol, 🏋️,🥛, 🛌
4/21 - 182.7, 30 minutes of exercise! And I stuck to my calories. I'm happy to see that my weight is down a little since the last time I weighed myself, which was a couple months ago. I've almost cut out alcohol entirely, just a drink here and there. I think that has to be helping. Right now, I think I need to focus on cutting out snacks at work - very hard for me to do.
4/22 – 181. I know that looks crazy from yesterday but that’s my body. My weight swings a lot. Maybe it’s the hypothyroidism; I don’t know. I’m finding it disturbingly easy to stick to my new calorie limit. Makes me wonder just how horribly I’ve been overeating for the past several months. I did not eat the chocolate at work today! 😊
4/23 - 181.4. I worked out again today - got up extra early to get the workout in. Ok, so my cat woke me up. 😻 I did 10 minutes each on the elliptical, the stationary bike, and the treadmill, and I even ran a little bit. A very little bit. Food diary went well again today - I actually kind of like doing that. Thank you all for your replies today - it's very helpful and encouraging to read what others are doing.
4/24 - 181. Today is my birthday! I took the day off work. Very grateful to have a job and a manager that allows me to do that. Having a great day so far with lots of reading, hanging out with the spouse, loving Wally (our cat/loving despot), and enjoying the porch. Everything is green here now in north Alabama and with recent rain the plants are happy. Lovely day! 🍓
4/25 – 180.8 – Good day at home with Jeff working in the backyard and then taking it easy. Got in a workout this morning, and that is the first 3-workout week I’ve had in a long time. Still learning with food tracking just how off base I’ve been with portions in the last few months! Wow - Thank you all for the birthday wishes! I used to be on SparkPeople for years, and I've missed the community there. It's so nice to find you all here!

I had settled in at about 1400 calories, eating small meals through out the day… but I was still hungry, even had all of my water. I intentionally allowed all the snacks to disappear so there's nothing really bad to consume. I did find some chicken strips that put me over my count. 4/30My sleep this week has been crazy…. it's been filled with stupid dreams/nightmares. Tuesday, it was about an alligator. I decided I wanted fried alligator (not me at all), so apparently I purchased one and sliced it off as needed (I guess), but it kept regenerating. So I gave it to my neighbor to get rid of…that didn't go well.
Last night…someone knocked on my door to tell me my roof was on fire. I asked if they called 911 but they never answered…this played back in a loop….
When this happens, I eventually just get up… Wonder what tonight will bring….
So, I'm noticing that since semi-retirement, I go into the office Tuesday and Wednesday, on the off days, I'm very content at home. I "might" go to the gym, but otherwise I'm fine. This means I may not leave the house from Wednesday (thu, fri, sat, sun, mon) to the following Tuesday. I may go out a walk, weather permitting but otherwise I'm just a home body…. is this ok? I think it's residual for having to be "on" all the time 6 days a week…. I'm loving it, but just wondering.
@SosiRegime - happy belated birthday
@Chapter_3 @_JeffreyD_ Congrats to the Cubs, but loyal (even if they are at the bottom) White Sox fan here…but do enjoy a game or two at Wrigley! But I am a Chicago Fan
@Skyleen75~ I didn't realize that deer were so destructive (unless they appeared in the front of my car while driving) Is there anything to deter them. I do enjoy seeing them in the fall, early winter….
@SModa61 ~ you are right and the reason that we are here!
@patriciafoley1 ~ sounds like you've recovered. Its amazing the damage one day can do….but we are micromanaging by watching every day (guilty as charged)…. I have had a german shepard mixed…but at that time we had no young children. I have heard that they will turn on your, in spite of training and that scares me, especially with grand kids now… I love all dogs..

Just Give Me 10 Days – Round 294
April 21 – 30, 2025
SW: 130.4 (travel scale 130.6)
4/21 – 130.6 (travel 130.8) I got through Easter well enough. I did go to the gym, but cut my workout short. Middle of the day, I got into some leftover tortilla chips from last Wednesday, but eventually got smart and poured them loose into the trash. The Easter meal itself was quite healthy. Fridge is clearing out. Today, after I walk needs to be a big packing day. We start our northward journey noon on the 24th. Would love to finish round 294 with a 129.X.
4/22 – 131.0 (travel 131.0) No reason. 5+ mile walk. Food and tracking were fine. Scale just loves to tease me.
4/23 – 130.0 (travel 130.0) I really expected today to be an up. I did do my last workout at the gym with my trainer (10 sessions total), but did was not perfect. Stressors were triggering my drive to grab things. I was not awful, but did not track everything and just accepted that today would be a new day. Today is last full day in the Keys. Going to do my walk, and continue packing and cleaning, and start loading the car.
4/24 – 129.4 It’s a miracle! This morning is last weigh-in in the Keys. (travel scale is in suitcase for next three mornings) I actually got to see a 129 number before heading north. The last time I saw this number, which was on the way up, was 11 months ago, May 25th. Waist measurement has improved since Jan. Went from 31 and now 29.25. Why does this matter? In Jan, when I took measurements and look at a dress chart, my bust was like a size 6, my hips a size 4, and my waist a 10. Of course that is just one chart, but the point is that there is/was a disconnect between measurements. I would like my measurements to match closer to a single size, any single size so at least clothing will fit. Got less than 4 hours to finish packing, loading and cleaning. Starting northward shortly!
4/25 – 129.4 MIL’s scale (129.6 travel scale) Stopped tracking yesterday after getting in the car northward, but tried to be thoughtful about my choices. No exercise yesterday other than going up and down two flights many times while loading the car. Will try and do something here while at my MIL’s but still TBD.
4/26 – 129.6 MIL’s scale (129.8 travel scale) Awake early. No exercise yesterday, and will be spending the next two days in a car passenger seat. Will continue to make best effort and see if I can somehow keep the 129.X. In the car in one hour. Next stop Stony Creek Virginia for the night.

@stephanj I use Repeals All or Liquid Fence. I buy it by the gallon in concentrate and dilute into a hefty pump sprayer for easy application. YES it works but only if you spray often. In spring when things are first emerging I use the ground sprinkle too.
These products work by getting into the plants systemically not just coating them.
I’m a professional estate gardener so I really can say if you use it right and diligently it works great.@quiltingjaine I want to snuggle all of them and pat mom on the head and tell her she’s the goodest girl.

@quiltingjaine The humidity the past 2 days was horrendous. A high school friend and her mother moved here from California. She said, Illinois is always wet. Its raining, snowing, or just insanely humid. Which is somewhat accurate.

Hello Faithful MFP Supporters 🙂
It's so good to know that no matter when I jump in and out you are still here for all these years. I'm trying again to get accountable daily. I fell of the wagon and it ran over me and backed up a few times but I'm working on things.
Getting my property back to "Before Hurricane Normal" has both consumed me and paralyzed me. By January many of us just stopped. We needed a break from the daily grind of clean up and red tape. Of course the rest of our lives didn't pause because crap keeps falling out of the trees and insects are nesting in the uncleared fallen vegetation. I'm back at it daily and trying to stay sane.
Thanks to all of you for help with my sanity. I rarely comment but I browse your stories and appreciate the camaraderie here.
Round 294 goal:
- Finish these last few days after a late start AND be ready to start the next round
- Return to low carb with consistency
- Weigh in and post here daily
- Update and follow through on my exercise plan

Round 294female 48… size 9.5 shoe, if you are dull you know
4/24 Finally doing the word doc as suggested. I did not weigh this morning, as I felt working on habits and cleaning up my diet was more important. Which I have brought my daily intake down considerably. I’ve been drinking my coffee black for 3 days now, rather than with half and half and sugar, though I will indulge in that from time to time. I really keep hoping to keep this brief, but I’m that annoying chatty neighbor who overshares. I did take all of my houseplants outside to their summer shelves. (Illinois, USA). I normally can’t do this until the second week of May. I may have to bring them in for a night at some point, but the forecast is promising. I repotted several yesterday and this morning. I purchased an umbrella style clothesline a few weeks ago. I received a ridiculous power bill, and decided my dryer was going to get minimal use when the weather permitted. I’ve really enjoyed taking the laundry out to hang. Hopefully I offset the expense of the line soon.lol4/25 211.0 or -8.4 since the 21st. Which is wonderful, but also very unbelievable. Last evening I was certainly dumping fluid. I had felt very swollen for the last few days. Which was all the easter splurges. I’m very happy about all of that, but only the .4 is likely real weight. Lol. But retaining about a gallon of fluid is not pleasant! Goals continue to be to drink 5 my water, log my food, make better choices. This morning, I resisted milk and sugar in my coffee as a reward for a lot of hard work yesterday.
4/26 214.8….daily weighing can be rough. When it’s hot I swell. So up 3 from yesterday. I don’t have central air, so yesterday I got the window air conditioners in. Today is supposed to be cooler overall. It seems I need to set my water target higher so I can flush out the excess. My daughter has level 3 autism, and we have an exciting excursion to do some shopping today.lol. Her favorite outing is to Walmart. She is 23 and I’m her full-time care giver. She is not happy with our healthier food options…..I mean she eats them, but yesterday I caught her finishing off the jar of mayonnaise.

4/23, f48, 220.2lbsmy intake today was much better. This evening I have developed a migraine and I didn't want to forget to do this, so here I am. Keeping it brief. I feel very swollen and puffy today. Hopefully the gain is mostly water….try eating less, immediately gain weight…ive certainly done that before.
4/22, F48, I didn't dare get on the scale. Lets say 219.4, same as yesterday. This morning I finished tracking yesterday's foods, and was horrified at the calories in some of those few times a year foods I make. I think I HAVE to throw away the left overs. Which is difficult because food is crazy expensive. However, if I want to make progress in this first 10 day challenge it has to happen. But I did track! I did choose smaller portions! I did do this and I started a CBT weight loss book/workbook. Oh and I did write out a "sort of" meal plan. Today I will be more cognizant of those calorie bomb foods. I will log every bite. I will drink at least 8 cups of water [looks at water bottle and pick it up to drink].
SW RND 294
4/21: F48, 219.4 lbs, 5'6" Goal weight 155
10 day goal is to: stick with it. Not be on a mission to finish the easter leftovers. If they spoil they spoil! Increase my water. Track my foods, even if my intake exceeds my MFP goal. I know my first week will be an adjustment.
I'm nearing my all time high weight. This is my first day on MFP. Last week I knew things had to change, but the holiday was going to set me up for first week failure. I signed up for MFP today, found this challenge and thought, "I can manage this for a win."
I used to be quite fit. I lifted daily and worked out 1.5-2 hrs a day…had abs and all that. My self esteem is in the toilet right now. I'm a 48 yr old gran, who feels like an 80 yr old gran. Hopefully future updates will be more brief…lol

I expected to go up, but this actually surprised me a bit. Maybe it will slap me in the face and wake me up.Having said that I need to give myself a bit of grace. We had our traditional comfort Easter foods yesterday with candy mixed in all day. DS brought cheesy potatoes, green been casserole, and home-made baklava. I smoked a spiral cut ham (with maple syrup brushed between each flap with a sprinkled salty dry rub) and we had a few other sides. Sugar cookies for desert.
I am “out of the woods” for a bit here and can concentrate on making some real progress. I will start logging again. Might take a day or so to “detox.”
4/22: 229.0 (1784 CI)
We are officially in the “mow twice a week” phase of lawn care. So that is a guarantee of at least some movement. I should get a bike ride in this afternoon too, if the weather holds.Yesterday I had my teeth scanned for the purpose of making a custom fitted “night guard.” I am a teeth clencher/grinder at night which is bad for the teeth and TMJ. In the old days they would make a plaster cast of your teeth. It was awful. I am sure some of you have had that experience. Now they just wave a little wand around inside your mouth and voila! A digital model of your teeth shows up on the screen, in color.

I don’t know what I did to deserve this drop.Yesterday’s exercise was to go morel mushroom hunting with DS and DGS. We found one lonely mushroom about 5 minutes before it poured rain. But we kept hunting just like we didn’t care. If nothing else, it was a good memory for DGS to put in his mind. The world offers too much crud trying to crowd out what is really important… real experiences with real people.
4/24: 227.6 (1706 CI)
Really good exercise day. Spinning class kicked my rear end. And Cubs won 4th out of 7 games for the year against the Dodgers. (my brother-in-law is a staunch Dodger fan, which makes this extra sweet)4/25: 227.4 (1979 CI)
Very nice day so I had an 18mi bike ride with a friend. Seemed like we were riding against the wind, both riding out and coming back. HA! (no, it wasn’t uphill both ways.)I had about 500 unnecessary Calories-In yesterday. My trend weight is really messed up by the indiscretions of Easter weekend.
4/26: 227.4 (1974 CI)
I had a brief meeting with a friend (HS classmate) yesterday at his studio. He will be my Rotary program in a few weeks. He is an “automotive graphic arts designer.” In the simplest of terms he is a pin-striper, but he is much more. He can paint just about any image on your hood, fender or tailgate.4/27

@ThisTime716
We may have highs and lows but we can usually regain our desired strength & fitness levels. I could not do a single dip, or pull up, or go more than 10 minutes on the elliptical and 12 flights on the stairmaster just this week.
At 63 with multiple sclerosis ( This disease does not deserve to be capitalized. Grammar be damned! ) and a few other issues, starting over periodically had become normal. Two weeks ago my work out was very different.
View yourself as your Best Self and reclaim your esteem. Work your way back to your targets. No doubt I'll be back at 30 flights and 30 minutes plus strength and flexibility training. 🙏Hopefully by Summer. 🌞
My decline can be quick or slow. My recovery is always as best I can. My self image is based on the Best Self I am reclaiming however long it takes.
Know that you WILL reclaim yourself in all of the glory that is you. Keep at it and be that chatty neighbor if this is working for you. 😄
Welcome. This is a great place to be. As inconsistent as I am with posting, there has always been encouragement and support on this thread. 🤗

4/21 132.5 A good day with granddaughter #2 yesterday. We went over to the pool. I have the beginning of a tan. Steak and broccoli for non-traditional Easter meal.
4/22 133.0 Dinner with fam last night at In-n-Out. We wanted Yonutz for dessert but the area location is permanently closed. Went to see the Conservatory and fountains at Bellagio. Taking granddaughter to Juan’s Flaming Fajitas for lunch today
4/23 132.5 DGD#2 flies home to KC at noon. It’s been a good visit. No extreme activities. I behaved myself food wise except for chips at Mexican restaurant yesterday but even then, I didn’t go crazy.
4/24 133.0 I ate one meal yesterday which included some of my sourdough bread. Considering all of the eating out (and no TMI) since Saturday, I’m okay with this.
4/25 133.5 Had 1/2# Jesse Rae’s BBQ burnt ends, 3 waffle fries, 2T house made sauce (HOT - YUM!) That is everything I ate yesterday!
4/26 133.5 Community French toast breakfast this morning. DH says he’s tired of everyone and he’s not going. Still waiting for TMI

4/21 148.8 this is salt retention from yesterday's ham Unfortunately it was delicious and we have a ton of leftovers so this salt is probably going to plague me all week. But my BS was 98 this morning, so that is a big plus for the week.
4/22 stayed the same, in spite of a calorie deficit and 20K steps. But the easter ham is almost gone, just a bit left, and throwing away food is not my thing. So long as I stay in a calorie deficit, I ignore temporary salt/water retentions. On the plus side, for this round I decided to start a 16/8 fast, starting at 11 and eating till 7. Starting at 11 is not a problem, though I have been snacking a bit on sugar free dark chocolate and almonds after 7. I am not doing this fast so much for weight as to have a normal blood sugar in the morning. Snacking at night is my hardest thing to give up. I have no problem staying within calorie goals but I always budgeted a few hundred calories for an evening snack and this is hard to move earlier or change. I'm not going to beat myself up about it if I fail, but I am going to try every day. On a plus/minus side, I had bought quite a few size 16 insect shield lee jeans in the winter, when they were on sale, and they are all so big that they look like elephant skin on me. I am almost in tens. Wondering if I can alter them. I never thought I'd get this low. So I guess that's a plus, but it is frustrating to not have them available during the worst of spring tick season.
4/23 148.4 Last of the ham was yesterday, so hoping tomorrow sees the end of water weight. I've been in a calorie deficit, salt aside, so hoping for a whoosh in the next couple of days.
4/24 took the dog to the vet early, did not weigh
4/25 147.8 finally back where i was before the easter ham And yesterday, before I ate dinner, tested my blood sugar and it was 96 So that was a plus!4/26 147.2 finally a drop

Goals for every round;
First and foremost, no feeding frenzies – I am not a shark or even a piranha!
to weigh less at the end of the round than the start
be happy because I feel that I have made the round count at the end
I need to remain consistent - it does work! Good luck for success everyone.

EW RND 293 – 140.6
SW RND 294 –
4/21 DNW – yesterday we rode the motorbike to Sheffield on the annual Easter Egg run to raise funds for the children’s hospital; our youngest DGS received treatment in there as a 6 month old before his liver transplant, so the charity is dear to our hearts. We do it together with our DS, but this year was a little different, instead of our DIL riding pillion with him, his oldest DD,(aged 6 ½) rode with him now that her legs are long enough to reach the footrests. She was so excited! Three generations took part this year! A total of 827 bikes turned out! Not heard yet how much money was raised.
4/22 140.8 (trend 140.4) No structured waking; travelled back home.
4/23 141.8 (trend 140.4) 9.33 miles walked.
4/24 141.8 (trend 140.7) 3.6 miles walked, with little DGD (3), after a craft morning at her local library we took a picnic up to the peaks. She loves to step up & across the rocks up there. Update on the Easter egg run; it raised £68,000.
4/25 141.8 (trend 140.9) 8.89 miles walked, must stop indulging in the Easter chocolate today.
4/26 DNW - came away for a weekend to Bridgnorth. 9.07 miles walked, resisted the Easter chocolate until 2.00pm 😕 , then.... Left it all at home & only brought healthy food & 0% alcohol with us! So glad MFP behaved to allow me to post this second attempt 🤔

04/24-195.2 ❌ - (Trend Weight: 196.0)
04/25-194.2 ✅ - (Trend Weight: 195.8) I usually don’t weigh on Fridays due to a special medication I take on Fridays only.
🐰 🐰 🐰 🐰 🐰 04/26-192.4 ✅ - (Trend Weight: 195.4) Wow! Maybe I should trust that lower weight (of the 2) that I didn’t post yesterday! I’m very happy with this and feeling hopeful. Now I just need to stay away from that pattern of self-sabotage that I usually lean into when I start to do well. Stay strong Donna!

4/21 135.6 Back to basics. For real. Fell off the “habit” train so must not have been TRUE habits after all…
I often have fluctuations, but this huge swing is serious. Behaviors have been erratic since early February - will focus on “doing” and not “being”.
#ENGAGED! #HSF
I’m definitely more content when “routining”. No wading … jumping in! I have approximately three months to regain my groove for my two year JGMTD anniversary and a lifetime to experience the reward … My reward? Contentment.
Good luck to all!
4/22 133.6 #ENGAGED. Solid day back. good 💦but still puffy. Somewhat lethargic. Better 🥩 (110g). Will 🎾🏋️♀️& ⏱️ today. Mindset change leads to optimism. Claiming identity #HSF. Do vs Be.
4/23 131.2 Well I guess the scale lied to me Monday and/or it’s lying to me this morning! Nothing is real until I get well established into my routine.
After almost 2+ years of daily tracking (and 11 years pretty consistently) I can state with certainty (for me) that two days of home food prep and knowing EXACTLY what enters my mouth (Whole Food / single ingredient) is THE difference. (Hydration and IF 18/6). I’m sure the scale will bounce around as I continue moving forward.
Activity: yesterday was the first day I played tennis in 10 days & unfortunately, I injured myself. I am just beside myself… My right tricep was killing me as well as my neck, back and shoulders… (maybe aggravated areas from my fall last week). Must be a combination of all the physical work at the property and using unfamiliar parts of my body… I went to bed in so much pain last night. I could barely move and then miraculously I woke up after a solid night sleep feeling fine “almost” except for my right tricep… Some things are just inexplicable.
Puffiness and brain fog starting to dissipate. I’ll lay off weights today and will go for a very long, long walk. Maybe two. DGS Chauffeur time this week!
Property update: What a roller coaster! Nothing yet from the “We are going to buy your property” neighbors… Strange. The roof is going on April 30 and we will list ASAP.
4/24 I woke up, feeling no pain yesterday but as the morning progressed the pain returned. I decided to completely take the day off. Very little movement. 🚶♀️6k steps getting organized, errands, completing property disclosure statements, Listing agreement, etc. chauffeured DGS and went to the grocery. I’m better this morning, but I think I need to take another REST day from structured movement. We’ll try and get my steps in, pay attention to my posture, do some breathing work, 🙏, healthy nutrition, and plenty of 💦💦💦. 🙆♀️.
NSV: My body loves one ingredient, whole food, and plenty of hydration. The 4/20 spike is still a mystery… I guess it was a combination of eating unfamiliar restaurant foods over a stretch of time and lack of hydration, TMI, cortisol, sleep, etc. Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made.
4/25 DNW this morning because I woke up once again WAY too early… Yesterday I was off track a little because I went to lunch with my tennis team. I was very good but had a handful of tater tots… Why? I don’t know they just looked so good! Very little movement yesterday and my back flared up around 7PM. It was painful sleeping. Ice works better than heat and I’m feeling better this morning. Will take it easy AGAIN today. I think all this came from the jolt of the fall almost 2 weeks ago… I have another landmine tonight with my high school friends and I’m planning on eating protein only.
4/26. I will catch up tomorrow. crazy night & morning.

Round 294, April 21 - 30, 2025
4/26 – 180.1 – I hope this is truly a pound gone. I’m discovering that while I don’t necessarily like my calorie restriction, it is manageable, and I’m not really hungry. Today was nice as I was able to plan a smaller lunch and then enjoy a nice dinner that felt a little indulgent but wasn’t. I think I might sign up for the next round. I like the accountability I feel here.
