Reduce my waist from 98 to 80 within end Aug

My target reduces my waist from 98 to 80 within 2month,

This is not a first round i starting.

I will do IF breakfast 7am, Lunch 1pm but the dinner is so difficulty, anyone can have a good tactical let pls share.

My routine;

Wake up 5am

2 cups americano before breakfast (do the exercise 15min 2 or 3 time per week depending on my son)

Breakfast 7pm

Lunch 1pm

Dinners super hungry

Bed Time 10pm

    That seems like an ambitious goal, and one that might lead to disappointment. First, we can't really pick and choose where we lose our weight. Our bodies do that. Your body might like to drop weight from your midsection, or maybe it will come off elsewhere first. Personally, I think it's important to first know where you are - how many calories are you eating vs. burning right now? How are your macros in terms of protein, fiber, carbs, etc.? If you'd like to target your waist, look up some core body exercises to help while you're working on weight loss. If you're feeling super hungry at dinner, it sounds like you're not fueling enough during the day.

    to clarify, I’m assuming she’s talking metric. For those of us who live in the Imperial world, that’s roughly 38.5 to 31.5 inches.

    Make sure you’re nourishing your body. This isn’t a race.

    Will you be disappointed if you lose in face or thighs but not waist? Of course not. Take your wins any way you can get them. There’s even been people here who reported losing shoe sizes first!

    Go over to Success Stories and investigate the NSV (non-scale victories) thread. It may help put some of this perspective if you don’t lose where you expect.

    Reevaluate what your meal plans are. “Super hungry” is not a plan in my world. I’d have quit in a heartbeat if it were.
