Losing my moobs and finding my chin has been nice. I like myself better with just one.

My lower back. It lets me lift heavy things
  • I am enjoying seeing my waist again! And my abs are starting to feel hard when I engage them - not a six pack (or even a two-pack), more on the sides. It is a start!

I love this thread - it is so nice to hear people talk about what they like about their bodies!

I ussed to be told I had a very "angular" face, ya know, cheekbones, pointy chin.... well needless to say those have been lost for quite awhile, and now they are slowly showing themselves again, and I LOVE IT!!!! I can't wait until my face looks like it did 8yrs ago:happy:
  • 1.) I am seeing that large muscle of the inner thigh forming - its no mlonger just fluff.
2.) Arms that are getting toned!

Love my behind and also the nice muscle behind my thights.
  • Lol great post! I'd have to say my elbows... I noticed them the other day in the rearview mirror while waiting at a light. There are lots of other little places too but that's the most obscure one I have. :)

Oh goodness I love my collar bones. However, after having a few months to get used to them, they probably aren't by absolute favorite body part anymore. I have to say my shoulders. I love my shoulders. I have a very large bone structure but fairly narrow shoulders so I used to look like a slouching blob, even when I wasn't slouching, because my little shoulders were hidden under fat that crept down my arm.
Now that I'm fit and healthy, I have these lovely defined shoulders that my husband thinks are incredibly sexy and, even though I generally don't have much confidence with my appearance, I have to agree with his assessment of my shoulders. :)

I'm a fan of the quad muscles I've developed. I know a lot of women don't like it, but I think the bulgy muscle is an indication of my hard work.

Shoulders. Thanks to the strength training I do, I have really nice shoulders now. Never paid much attention to them before.
  • Favorite new part of my body: my waist and the small of my back. I notice it's getting so small and defined now that I'm hula hooping so much. (:

My arms! I've received a lot of compliments, and one woman even asked if she could touch them...
