    I have been f*ssing around with these last 10 lbs. for about 2 years. Am sick of it. And determined to be DONE with it by end of 2011 (and, optimistically, by mid-November). I could use some SOLID support and some methodology for "accountability".

    I'm 5'6, 146.2 lbs, and my GW is 130 BUT... I'm 50. It could still work though.
