Hi there. You don't provide more info, thus very general: slow and steady wins the race. Eat enough and don't starve yourself as (provided you're here for weightloss) it's totally possible, and easier to lose weight by eating most things you enjoy. No need to punish yourself. Log your food thoroughly, chose correct database entries and wait at least 4-6 weeks to see what you're doing is working. You're always welcome to ask for help of course :)

Don’t give up! As cheesy as it sounds consistency is key. Once you start noticing changes, even minor changes (mine took me about a month to start seeing differences) you won’t want to stop. It can only take 18 days to make something a habit so push through and it will become second nature to eat healthy and work out. Good luck! 😁
