This is my second 100 day challenge. I lost 8 lbs last round, and I'm hoping to lose at least 10 lbs this round.

Week 14 Ending Weight: 142.3Day 92—05/06— 142.4. I finally got back to tracking. My calories were just a little high. I also made sure to drink enough water. I went for a walk, but took a rest day from the gym.
Day 93—05/07— 142.5. I went on a long walk, but no gym. Tracked food and was under goal. It was another stressful day that I'm glad is over. I'm hoping things will settle down a bit now.
Day 94—05/08— 142.6. Short walk, no gym. I didn't feel well yesterday so I decided to give myself some grace and did the minimum. Food was okay, but not great.
Day 95—05/09— 143.2. I'm going in the wrong direction. But I have to remind myself, "you can't be upset about the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do". Lots of walking yesterday, but no gym. Food was okay, but not great. Tonight is beer with friends night, so I'm expecting I big jump tomorrow, and then hopefully I can refocus and finish this challenge strong.
Day 96—05/10— 142.3. I'm really surprised it's not higher. I'm probably a bit dehydrated. Had a fun night with friends that included plenty of alcohol. I'm going to head to the gym here in a few minutes, after I finish waking up.
Day 97—05/11— 143.1. I've increased the distance of my runs a bit. I am finding that it is making me hungry, so I eat more. It takes me way over my limit, even with increasing them slightly to account for extra activity. I'm going to try to increase protein a bit, as well as making sure every bite counts, as I don't have room in my budget for small treats that don't help to fill me. And I don't need them. Usually I eat them simply because they are there. I'm going grocery shopping and meal prepping to hopefully set me up for success this coming week.
Day 98—05/12— 143.6. I ran 7 miles on the treadmill yesterday, a new record for me, and did a short walk. I indulged a bit for mother's day. I have lots of healthy food in the fridge so I can get back on track. Looking like I'm going to be quite a bit off from my goal this round, but at least I lost something.
Day 99—05/13— 143.2. I ran 3.1 miles on the treadmill, and went on a walk. But food wasn't great. Meals were pretty good, but I had some Mother's Day chocolate in the house and I have no self control if chocolate is in front of me. So I ate way too much of it.
Day 100—05/14…..(Final Weigh- In)- 142.3. Walk, no gym. Food was better, but still too much.
I lost 6.6 pounds this round. I'm happy I lost something, but disappointed it's quite a bit short from my 10 lb goal. Hoping to do better next round. I need to learn to control stress better and not let the bad days turn into eat too much days.

Week 13 Actual Weight: 144.8Day 92—05/06— 145.6 - Really thought that it would be higher, I had my once every 3 months Ribs last night. So delicious. In the red of course. It might still go up. Glad that I did that with 8 days to spare until the end of this 100. I decided in the morning and took the box (pre-cooked and sauced) out of the freezer and ate very little during the day. Lots and lots to do in the yard/garden today, my only day off, not as physically intense as digging the potato garden, but it could still raise my weight. I need to get the grass cut before I turn on the outside water from inside tap. After the grass is cut I can plant some more areas and then water them : - )
Day 93—05/07— 144.8 - My day off was really good, but went too fast lol. I got so spoiled last week with having 2 days off I guess. I have to keep this working 6 days a week up, although I do plan on taking an extra day off here and there, hopefully one per month. I didn't get everything planted that I planned, but I did get the grass cut, and 2 out of 3 of the beds tilled, soil added, compost added, and planted. There will be no time now until next Tuesday unless I forego my walks on Saturday and or Sunday during my work break. No break today or tomorrow, running from one job to another and Friday I am going to a play in the evening, "Footloose". : - )
Day 94—05/08— 150.0 - Another day where I will be running from one job to another. I have to keep this up for 4 more months. Sigh. There is light at the end of the tunnel, I just have to keep going. Nutrition and workouts are important for me, to maintain some sort of health and balance. Today, I just don't feel like it, but I will do it. I have time this morning with my coffee to look at all the "hearts" that I have put on Booking.com and dream about my 65th birthday trip. Lol, 19 destinations to choose from. Of course I want it to be a memorable trip.
Day 95—05/09— 145.4 - Really good calories out/calories in yesterday. Sorry to see a gain because I am going out to see a play with friends tonight and was planning on having wine there. A buffer would have been good. Yikes that we are so close to the end of this challenge!!
Day 96—05/10— 143.8 - I was surprised at this weight since I didn't have dinner until 11pm. However, as I was completing my food and exercise diaries for yesterday I see that my calories in were still quite low. Only a small change yesterday, I didn't get a chance to eat my frozen fruit at work like I usually do, I was too busy. Plus I had my granola/yoghurt thing twice. My stomach was not feeling good in the late afternoon for some reason, but it feels fine today. NO wine at the theatre. Footloose was super fun and entertaining : - )
Day 97—05/11— 143.8 - During my break from my split shift I got some more done in the yard/garden yesterday. I am planting less carrots this year, so they are all in and the final beet bed tilled and seeded. Working 11-7 today at the Indian restaurant (not my usual shift), my favourite job, so less stress more happiness contributing to the lower weight? Strangely not sunny here this morning and I was going to have my coffee out on the porch. This is one of the sunniest spots in Canada, so it is a bit abnormal. Happy Mother's Day to all of the Mother's out there. Thinking of my own Mother and how wonderful she was.
Day 98—05/12— 143.0 - Very happy to see this number. Very busy at the restaurant yesterday, $$ Just a short shift today, then a couple of appointments and then off tomorrow. We got a bit of rain here which is awesome because I didn't get a chance to water my newly planted seeds or the ones that I planted last week on my day off. Sun is coming out now. 2 days until our final weigh in!
Day 99—05/13— 143.0 - I had a few drinks last night, but I hadn't eaten much so got way too woozy. Then I ate a frozen bowl, cheeseburger pasta of all things. I wasn't even hungry, but had to mitigate the booze. Low tolerance to it I guess. Day off today, getting my hair done this morning and then will maybe shop a bit and then putter around the house as it is drizzling. My first 3 rows of potatoes that I put in April 22nd started to sprout yesterday 😀😊

Thoughts at the start of this round:
Approximately this time last year (Challenge #15) I began to slowly gain weight throughout the rest of my winter and well into my Spring. I am still battling some of those pounds as we start this new challenge. This is a new opportunity to prove to myself and my family that I AM serious about getting healthier. I know I have bad eating disorders that bring about horrible eating habits. I also battle cravings because I haven’t gotten away from sugar or chocolate long enough to stop the cravings. I have such a long way to go and only a sketchy road to get there but I’ll never give up on myself or lose faith in my strength or my resolve. I’ll admit that I’m not super confident that I will ever be in the 140’s again (my ultimate goal), but I AM 100% confident that I will shed these 190’s like a bad dream and NEVER weigh this much again. I don’t know when this will happen exactly. But I do know that it will. Thanks for sharing my journey and letting me travel with you on yours.

Lots of movement outside working on the storm cleanup. Burning lots of brush, limbs and leaves. Most of the raking just in the bonfire area but tried to maximize it. Hair appointment today for a cut for myself and my son. Probably lunch afterwards as he expects it. With the autism he is still pretty childlike in many instances. He gets to pick the restaurant. I’ll try to choose smart but he’ll probably want the pizza parlor. Ugh…. Not exactly good for tomorrow’s final weigh in. I’ll have to be Vewy Vewy Cawful this evening!

Meals were good. Nighttime snack could have been better. Trend weight still inching down. It’s been a tough round so I guess I should be happy that I ended exactly where I started. This thing could have really went sideways! I’ll see you all tomorrow as we begin a new round of efforts and successes!

Eating was better than the last few days, and I got a workout in: 45 min. leisurely walk, 40 min. spin class, 10 min upper body toning with light weights, 3 sets of leg extensions for my weak knees.

Eating was fair yesterday, and I took my mom and Kaya (pup) out for some exercise at the end of the day which was a nice, leisurely walk in the park. Not enough time in the day to include a workout for myself though. But that's ok.

5’ 2”, 78yo senior from B.C., Canada. Not a great fan of winter so anxiously waiting for the weather to lighten up so I can get out hiking, then by the end of this challenge hope to be biking and kayaking. Have goals other than to just lose weight!

We had a great time away. Spent two days in Ottawa and three in Halifax. My eldest daughter lives in Halifax. We did lots of walking, two hikes outside of Halifax. I did formal exercise twice. I tracked my intake and my FitBit tracked my caloric expenditure. I didn't have a scale available while we were travelling. We'll see what it has to say tomorrow morning. I was trending up the last few days before leaving on vacation. My goal while away was to not gain.

We were back home for one night and now off camping for the long weekend. Weighed this morning, up a pound from 10 days away. Overall, I had a slight deficit over the 10 days. I believe this weight is more bloating than fat. We'll see if it comes off as fast as it came on. Starting challenge 23 lower than the start of challenge 22, but not anywhere near my original goal. I'll set a goal for challenge 23 at 140 pounds.
Due to my spreadsheet not liking blanks for weight, I've prorated the increase by day.
