Interesting concept, I eat the same amount of food for dinner and lunch, similar breakfast every day, so it's never been a problem for me.0

I eat pretty light for 2 meals and tend to have more calories for my evening meal. Im thinking of swapping around though and having my most calorific meal at lunch time and a lighter meal in the evening.0

It shouldn't matter for weight loss, unless your the type that goes crazy and really pigs out once dinner's there as your so hungry!
I wouldn't advise on it every day though, but now and again, do what makes you happy When I was on a calorie deficit, I would try and eat really light, low calorie things during the day on a Sunday so I could have a decent sized roast dinner with my partner in the evening.0
