That's certainly above what would be considered a good rate of loss, but you give us no context.

If you weigh enough then that's not "bad" necessarily but it won't continue at that rate, nor would you want it to.

Generally it's recommended to shoot for 0.5-1.0% body weight for weight loss per week, but if you weigh quite a lot (say…around 114 kg or more) then that rule is a bit off. With more body weight, faster loss is possible and safer.

What is your current weight, height, gender, job and exercise and your calorie intake?

What Riverside said - every word.

Also, 60-70g protein is relatively low, for a person who's losing weight, unless they're quite petite. The amounts of protein recommended for an average person in the population may not be ideal during weight loss. We can need more to keep as much lean mass as possible while losing weight. As a bonus, many people find protein filling, which helps a person stick with lowered calories.

How much protein you need depends on the questions Riverside asked, too.

Depending on what your height and weight is a big loss of weight in the first month can be mostly water and it usually is. Your second month will usually be a better gauge on how much fat youre losing.
