Really slow progress

I have been faithfully logging every bite for a month now and haven't really lost any weight. I added in walks, my job keeps me a little active, and I still feel like I am not seeing any progress. Last time I lost weight a few years ago, I lost it really fast doing the same thing I am doing now. Does anyone else have this problem? How long did it take you to start seeing the scale consistently go down?

I’ve been tracking for over a month. Staying on track with calories and exercise. I haven’t lost any weight.

I don’t eat junk foods or sugar. My carbs, fats and protein are pretty much on track.

Not sure why I’m not losing weight. I only want to lose 10 pounds but the scale isn’t budging.

Maybe your lack of weight loss could be caused by external factors such as sleep, stress, or other factors like health conditions? One of those would be the best bet so make sure you're meditating or doing some sort of calming activity every now and then. And of course getting plenty of rest. If not, then I have no idea.

It took me about a week of being active and healthier to see my weight go down; I lost two pounds after ~9 days of doing so. As I suggested to @lindaswachs , your lack of weight loss could be connected to external factors as well, so take care of yourself, get lots of sleep and don't stress too much. Good luck, I hope you'll be able to fix your weight problem !!

Haven't really lost any weight: do you mean very little, or none at all? weight-loss expectations can be unrealistic, so it would be useful to have more details: precise weight-loss, your personal stats, what/ how much you're eating...
