I've created several My Meals in MFP and want to share them with my husband b/c we're eating the same thing. Can I "share" a My Meal with him? Or do I need to make it a Recipe and share that with him?

We both have MFP premium subscriptions.

I figured a way for my husband to be able to copy from my diary. If you go into your diary privacy settings, and make it public, he will be able to see it once you are both friends. Thats the only way I figured it out, so we both don't have to create the recipes. He adjusts his serving size, based on what I log in my diary. I hope that helps!

to share meals with friends, you must both be friends, ie friend request sent and accepted.

The person with the meal needs to have their diary set to a minimum of “share with friends”.

your husband goes to his friends list, selects you, and selects view your diary.

He’ll see your diary. Choose the meal to copy and click the three dots:

Then select copy meal to date (presumably today, if he’s eating it today:

Save as meal will allow someone else to save the meal permanently in their “meals” area.
