Jeannie I had to go back to see the miss spelling. Funny how our mind sees everything alright and just skims over. Our gas mower was getting to hard for me to start so today it was me and the new electric.

At yesterday's CrossFit gym we remembered Memorial Day by doing the 'Murph' workout. It combines running, pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. It's was designed to test physical and mental endurance and is done in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy. We did the 'senior version' so 1/2 the sets and without a weighted vest. Still it was a BIG workout and today I'm feeling it.
