Is it possible to do too many kiegle exercises in one day?

I'm...uh...asking for a friend.
Hypothetical situation...say said friend hit the kiegles hard today. Is it possible to pull a muscle or experience soreness?
On a side note, any idea how many calories it burns?

lol, I am sure its possible. Its a muscle you are working, so I am sure it can be pulled and or become sore.0

I don't think they burn many calories. People don't usually do kegels for weight loss anyway.0

That is one muscle you do NOT want to be ripped! Yikes! For your friend of course.0

Thanks for the support!0 -
If "your friend" finds herself orgasming in public then it's probably too many. I would think that would be a bigger risk than hurting herself.0
