Would you like to give some more details of what you're finding difficult? There's lots of really helpful and knowledgeable people here who might have advice for you but it's pretty hard to do that with so little information.

only if you make it hard by cutting too low, setting too fast a loss goal, and spending your time missing what you “can’t have”.
Start thinking in terms of what you can eat, find substitutions to make favorite recipes lower cal so you don’t miss the old favorites, plan on regular snacks throughout the day to tide you over between meals.
And above all, don’t try to lose too fast.
if you make it slower and more methodical, you’ll lose steadily, be less tempted to binge,and create habits you’ll stay with when you reach goal and maintenance begins.
