I LOVE fresh homemade smoothies. I think i have one just about every day especially right after a workout or before bed if im hungry. Lately, my favorites have been using the Chobani non-fat Greek yogurt cups. There are several different flavors (black-cherry, raspberry, blueberry, peach, strawberry ect.) so it makes for good variety. Try one out! Here's how I make them:
-About 6 or 7 ice cubes
-1 cup of almond milk
Blend that up
-add yogurt (any flavor)
blend
-add 1 small chopped up banana and 2 packets of splenda sweetener.
Only about 260 cals! Good late night snack!
