Sorry guys. I’v not been around die to a bad Virus OR Salmonella from acantaloupe. Not sure. Thos is my best day in the bast 3 although weakness started Wed eve. What followed not good nor pretty! Just thankful no vomiting or the manor fluid loss wouls have ended me in the hospital!
SO my May miles ends at 83.25
I will run quickly & set up our new challenge for JUNE. Thank you ALL fir being part of this team….❤️

Hi Karen,
I do whatever during the day and then I either go to local trails or onto my treadmill to hit the goals on my Samsung health app.

Tried to add a screenshot to show the complete hearts of my app. Three hearts each day (steps,calories and active minutes) This challenge pushed me to 4 weeks solid of reaching those goals. Thanks to you guys!!

Don glad you have a nice exercise watch 🥇 I’ve an inexpensive step counter or I just figure 10 minutes is one thousand steps.

Also did a P90X DVD 30 minutes+ for biceps and back

The first week I did good! Walked Monday Wednesday and Friday.
Second week walked Monday and Friday, made up for Wednesday on Saturday.
Third week walked Monday and Friday
This Week, walked Monday 🙁
Much more than I would have done without this challenge!
And I enjoyed seeing how much you all did!
I swim june and July. No walking. Maybe I'll look for you in August!
