Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)

    hhhmmm.. i burn anywhere from 850-1150 calories a day!
    6-7 days a week! .. i'm in! lol

    I totally skipped last week but I'm in again this week. I'm still working out the injury so I'll stick with the 3500 for this week. Let's do this!
