My goal was 175 lbs and my starting weight was 259 lbs, weighed myself today and I am 175 lbs exactly which is 12 and a half stone for UK users.

    My BMI is 24.42!

I still have flabby belly and thighs, so I've made a new goal of 155 lbs and then 140 lbs if I'm still not happy with how I look.

Congratulations dude. The flab and loose skin is usually due to quick pace of losing weight, with not enough weight lifting. Also you should intake a good amount of protein(it's recommended to actually take the same amount of protein you wanna weigh).
