Know any low-cal filler snacks?
I'm looking for some low-calorie snacks that I can munch on when I'm hungry after school and not feel guilty about eating. I don't want to always feel hungry throughout the day, so I'm looking for food that I can eat a good portion of. I don't even know if food like this exists. LOL. If they taste good, that would be a plus :) What are your suggestions?

grapes, cucumber, blueberries, skinnypop popcorn. i like the mini 100 cal granola bars made by kind. cashews have more calories than the rest of these but i put mine on a digital food scale so i only get one serving. i also try to eat dinner before 6.

Raw veggies, a hard boiled egg, a cheese stick, some fruits are lower calorie but filling snacks.
If I may, I'd suggest that low-calorie things are one possible way to look at snacks. Another possible way is to consider moderate or higher calorie things that contribute proportionately to the day's nutrition.
Personally, I don't see a reason to feel guilty about anything eaten, at least not in a context where the day's calories come out close to goal, and there's reasonable total nutrition across the day. Those are the things we need for thriving, right: Reasonable calories and good nutrition?
If my snacks have low calories, contribute to nutrition, or are purely treat foods but I'm getting the needed total nutrition from other things I ate that day and still have calories available . . . any of those can be fine, IMO.

Sliced cucumbers are my go to. I have a handful with my meals, bulks them up a little.
