Lovely to hear from you Kim. You are giving yourself every chance.

Our Zoom was P less, so I enjoyed it a lot more. She had forgotten. And turned her ring tone down.

Cooked broccoli and feta fritatta for dinner. Added broad beans and artichoke heart, scallions. Enough over for a sandwich for each of us tomorrow.

Love to all, Heather UK xxxxxxxx

I'm sorry that guy wasn't very great at communicating things with you. I agree what the installer said, that you are a present customer, and should be high on his list to communicate everything!

I do get colder since losing my weight. I expect winter to be interesting!πŸ™„πŸ˜‚

Todays finds were protein tortillas, ingredients to make a taco meat stuffed bell pepper. I bought a big yellow one. Will it be sweet like a red bell pepper? The red ones looked sad. I also bought ingredients to make kielbasa, potato, sweet onion and a small bit of cabbage meal. I bought the cutest little cabbage. Enough for that meal plus a couple of shredded coleslaw meals with a beer battered fish fillet.

I then bought Fair life protein shakes that have 30 grams of protein, plus a couple others to sample out. I am in uncharted territory. 😁

    Tracey in Edmonton,

I do use smaller plates because the amount of food I eat at meals is 80% less of how I used to eat. The smaller plates like tonight made my three lonely chicken bites look more appealingπŸ™ƒπŸ˜

The other day I had my 1/2 slice of toast with a sausage pattie (Boars Head breakfast patties so yummy), with a nicely fried egg. It got me to thinking I used to have a whole slice of toast (its a bigger slice as its a slice from a round loaf), then three fried eggs and two sausage patties. I would get done and be content, not really even overly full. Now, that much food is like ugh. Nope. Appetite correction totally.

    Pip,

So bright and cheery! I would paint black but put little flowers down the sides all the colors of the bugs on each side. Or bright ribestones. Bedazzle them!πŸ’–πŸ˜. But that's just me.πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‚

I had a bath! And I washed my hair! I am exfoliated, foot scrubbed, shaved, moisturised with The White Company 'Flowers' mini body lotion that I brought back with me from the Nottingham hotel. Too knackered to cut my toenails, but I will get around to that.

I'm not one for products with artificial fragrance. I don't have perfumed deodorants, or washing leaves, or polishes, candles etc. They are very bad for you. Nearly all my stuff is unperfumed. I have a cologne that I use, 'Rive Gauche', by Yves St Laurent, which I have been using for decades. But, I must say, I really like 'Flowers'. It's jasmine, rose, neroli, and a touch of patchouli. I may actually have to buy a bottle! We have a White Company shop in The Lanes, or I can have it delivered for extra. I have hinted to John that I like it. Do you have that brand in US? It's high end.

Waitrose delivery after lunch. Just for once I've got a ready made meal with a side. The starter I will freeze for another day. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I've picked something I never cook for myself.

    Love Heather UK xxxxxxxx

    Good morning my friends!

Friday is my weigh in day, and I am down .9 pounds in two days! Yay! I'm taking it as evidence that my plan works, even as sedentary as I am. But I'm going out to lunch today, so it might not last.

Last night I found my bone density test results online. I have osteopenia with degradation in my lumbar spine and .8 in of height loss. So I'm a little concerned. I need more weight bearing activity once my foot heals. And I need to reconsider horseback riding, which is very sad.

Rori yes an incentive would be great. My sister is coming in six weeks, so that's my first milestone.

Machka glad you are okay so far. Hope it's just a scare.

Lisa, Tracey, Beth and Barbie thanks for your advice about the stair rail. I think I will try a little dish soap since I have it, and if that doesn't help buy Murphy's. My mom left lots of cleaning products but not that. Some of that stuff is really old. I need to buy vinegar too.

Heather sorry to hear about John's anxiety. It's so hard to manage worries when you can't do anything.

Kim more hugs to you! Physical therapy is great.

Rebecca I also gave up on the IF. Dad really wants me to eat with him. Yay for 13 pounds! That must feel good. I love that term appetite correction!

Barbie you are doing so well training your dog!

    Ginny many hugs to you!

    Tracey Happy anniversary!

Lorna sorry for your losses. It is a tough road. We also have a problem with changing doctors. They are making it my burden to remember the details of my medical history, which is beyond me.

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome back! It is so wonderful to be among friends again. Yay!

May you all be happy, healthy, safe and free!
