06/08 β 192.4 β (Trend Weight β 193.7) I had an overnight 2 lb jump on the scale due to an out-of-town trip and celebration yesterday. I hope it comes right back off over the next couple of days. Iβm still down nearly Β½ lb since last weigh-in so I feel like, overall, Iβm on the right track. Now, I need to stay diligent and not let some personal stress drive this ship.
ποΈποΈποΈποΈ06/15 β 190.4 (Trend Weight β 192.3) This is a nice drop for me although there were some up & down days due to emergency travel. However, today I find myself back on track on the scale and doing good. My trend weight began dropping a little everyday and I love itβs faith in me. I will have a compliant day as I have no plans for the day. Iβm a widow so Fatherβs day is only celebrated with my children if they donβt already have plans of their own that are special. That is the case this year so I guess we wonβt be doing the BBQ we sometimes have for my son-in-laws. Have a great week everyone. We still have some time left in June to move closer to our goals Personally, I am ACHING to reach the 180βs again. Iβve been bumping around the lower to mid 190βs since sometime last year I think. Enough is ENOUGH!

ποΈποΈποΈποΈ06/22 β 189.8 β (Trend Weight β 191.8) Yay! Iβve finally touched down in a new decade, the 180βs !!!! Okay, okay, so I am in by the skin of my teeth, but Iβm feeling so hopeful! I never feel truly into a new decade until I hit the 7. 187.xx because of the ease it is to fluctuate back up by a pound or more due to fluid, hormones or TMI (potty) issues. But dipping my toe in like this is so encouraging.

06/29 β 188.8 β (Trend Weight β 190.8) It is highly unlikey that I will lose a full pound overnight and make my goal of 187.8. However, Iβve lost a few pounds this month and have gotten pretty close. Tomorrow is my final weigh-in for the monthβs tally so I hope to stay on track today and not self-sabotage. I am, quite honestly, just happy to have hit a new decade of the 180βs. Itβs been a full year since Iβve seen that decade! Until tomorrowβ¦.Have a great Sunday!
ποΈποΈποΈποΈ06/30 β 189.0 (Trend Weight β 190.5) I accumulated some water retention overnight which is typical for my heart condition. A prescribed water pill today should help take care of it. I think my weight may have been down a bit more otherwise which is based on having an excellent day yesterday and also based on the drop in trend weight. However, I probably still would not quite have made full goal for the month. Iβll be grateful for the 2.8 lbs lost (out of the goal of 4.0) and hope for more success in July. See you there, my friends!
