Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 400.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

The most i've been able to do is 200. I'll try for 250 today (:0

200 done including 10 sit ups. I click a lot when doing sit ups, is that normal?0

50 regular situps and 400 crunches DONE!
I did about 1/3 regular crunches, 1/3 reverse crunches and 1/3 V-situps.
