Hi, I've used this program in conjunction with a fasting program and some supplements. Counting your calories and watching what you eat while exercising regularly does work. It took me a little over a year but I lost around 30 pounds with this. I was 225 pounds, cholesterol out of control, high blood pressure, etc...

Fasting and this program changed me completely. I'm a new person at 58 years old and love it!

    Great results! It can be hard to imagine feeling so much better, but sounds like you have your mojo back and on a roll! WTG!
