According to the scale, I've lost 15 lbs. Yet I look the same, my belly is just as big (43" around at the belly button), and the pants that were tight are still tight. This is the exact opposite of an NSV.Anybody have this experience?

If you have a decent amount to lose, it's very possible that a large portion of that first 15 pounds was water weight being shed. Keep at it, be patient and the fat will come off, and then you'll see a difference in the tape measure. It takes time, but you can get there!

The first 5 was water weight for sure, because I lost it in a week, but the next 10 has come off slowly but surely. I started at 235, so not a super amount to lose. I'm sure it will all go down eventually!

From my experience with weight loss it seems that the body loses from the outside in. I lost weight off my hands, feet, face and neck first. The tape measure didn't reflect the poundage lost because I wasn't measuring those areas. If your scale is showing a loss, it is coming from somewhere! Keep doing what you are doing and it will show in the belly sooner or later.
