thank you brother. These lines will blurr soon. I’m use to walking around 200-210 lbs. I’m hoping to stay leaner and add size in my problem areas. Hamstrings, mid traps, rear delts and I need to add size to my biceps due to my chest and front delts being dominant. I personally feel I need to add a lot of size to legs in general.
I appreciate it brother. I plan on posting ~5 lbs update pics.

My legs exploded in size when I started doing sets of 20 all the time with them. And it helped bust through a new 1RM along the way.
For my biceps, slow negatives for the win, brother!
Now, how in blazes do I get my chest to match yours??? lol

you got your mesocylce pre planned for your cut phase - also does alpha progression create plans based on goals with the pd version? I’m thinking of trying the a mind pump plan when I start bulking - just so I don’t have to think about it - idk - I gotta get a little leaner first - I haven’t been as on point with the cut this year so it’s taking a bit longer - but I’m not on a schedule so it’s all good I spose

thanks for the pro tips brother. I’ll add more of those 20 rep sets in.
I hit mostly incline work for my chest. Incline barbell, incline dumbbell, incline fly, low cable flys. Rarely do flat work.

no it will build you a program based a selection of strength, endurance or hypertrophy I believe it is. It uses AI to track your previous weights used to keep pushing progression in a very effective way. I write my own programs usually.
this is the new program. I’m on day two of it now. Had to go to week two to get these type of screen shots. The programs will typically be tweaked along the way if I discover something needs to be added or taken away.

I’ve implemented this when I started my last program - going to stick with it thru the bulk

how do you like it so far ?

i don’t mind it even though I can’t push as much weight -and it is weird to not do flat at all just because it’s been ingrained in my mind that if you go to the gym you must do flat bench - but ive just heard incline is more effective too many times now to not give it a fair shake - so I’ll stick with incline going forward - I’m ready to dial in the bulk this year and next so I can actually start seeing some real growth. The building muscle is way harder than cutting

my bad brother I thought your were high lighting that you are doing more of the 20 rep sets for legs.
The strength carry over is great from incline to flat. I doubt you’d loose any existing strength on flat by focusing on incline. May even gain some.

I may attempt the high volume squat at some point as my legs are lacking bad - I’m think I’m goin go to try the maps anabolic program from the mind pump guys and run it as prescribed and see how it goes - I’m not sure how’s it’s laid out but I’ll let you know - I’ve been hesitant to buy a program cause I’m cheap and ego says I can do it myself lol - but I’ve heard good things about their programs and like their podcast so gonna try it in a couple months

absolutely brother.
I have all of mine saved since I started using alpha progression. More than happy to post any you want. I have them in most splits other than a bro split. I’m sure they aren’t as good as those you pay for but they’re free 😁

might take you up on that

Posting here, just because I think you guys would understand…
Yesterday at the grocery store, minding my own business, a random dude passed me with a comment, "looking JACKED, man!" without stopping walking. I of course thanked him while doing a mental double take, as I can count on one hand the number of times I've received compliments outside of the gym or work circles. (Or here on MFP.)
Made my night. (Not trying for a humble brag, just figured you guys might be able to relate.)

it’s always nice to have your hard work appreciated. Enjoy it!
