How to Track Macros in MyFitnessPal 📱

Macros, including carbs, fat, and protein, will be listed right here on the food items page. You'll find macro amounts listed in both grams and percentage, but you'l also be able to see how the foods you eat contributed towards your daily goals.

Once you have food logged into your diary, you can access information on your macronutrients directly on the dashboard. Swipe right, then tap on the macros panel to go to the nutrition page where you can review in-depth details on your calories, macros, and even micronutrients.

You can also navigate here in the more menu or by tapping the header at the top of your diary. You can review any day you've logged with the dropdown menu or switch to a week view with the tap of a button.

Each of these nutrients has its own sub-menu on the nutrients page. You can review your daily average and, with a MyFitnessPal premium subscription, even see what foods are contributing most towards that nutrient goal.
