hello everyone
just wanted to say i ate way to much yesterday finally found all you can eat fried oysters :happy: ate 36 of them with fries at lunch then a friend calls me that evening to eat boiled crawfish and beer :bigsmile: there went about 8lbs there. so this morning i feel like :sick:

It is a new day! :happy: Drink A LOT of water today, eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and get some exercise to sweat it out!
Did you have fun with your friends, at least? Sometimes you gotta let loose. Next time...just don't let THAT loose, and remember that if you do, you will in fact feel like :sick: !!! :flowerforyou:0 -

See, so it's ok! (Or maybe not?:devil: ) :laugh: If you had NOT had a good time and were feeling terrible today, then...well, that would be crappy.0 -
we made sushi last night... The works, california rolls and tuna sushi (not sure the name). We did have friends over, but not everything got eaten (DH told me I didn't make enough rice, and I should double the recipe). Needless to say, I mad 7 or 8 rolls, each cut into 8 pieces... and a couple dozen tuna pieces. And threw out a couple of cups of the rice.
Ever notice how sushi doesn't taste as good the next day, after being refrigerated? After our friends left, I noshed on the remaining sushi until it was gone...
At least it wasn't 36 fried clams0 -

Hey, we all need a high calorie day once in a while! Shake up your metabolism! Yesterday I did somewhat of the same (crab legs dipped in butter anyone?) expecting to see super sad numbers on the scale this morning.... and I lost 3 pounds! Just making sure my body is paying attention... :laugh:0
