Core exercises

hi everyone I am new to this and I am looking for core exercises to help get rid of the excess weight round my stomach back and arms. Is there anything anyone could suggest to help me get started?

You can't target where your weight will come off. You can do exercises that will strengthen areas, and after weight loss they will look better but there is not any exercise in particular that will cause weight to go from one area. You can Google full body exercises if that's what you want but for now just find some active things you like to do - walking, water aerobics, a dance class, swimming, kayaking, a hiking group.
Lose weight. To do that, eat less. To help with that, log food and study your food diary and learn from it.
