PREMIUM PAID THROUGH AUGUST 2025 BUT NOT WORKING

I used my premium macro adjustment last week. 2 days later, it stopped working and when I clicked on my premium, all I get is an add telling me about all the great things of premium. I contacted support and they sent me 3 things to do, down to deleting and reinstalling the app onphone and computer. nothing works. Now I'm being ghosted by support. Has this premium issued happened to anyone else?

    Same here. I have premium paid through to next month, and it's been on auto-renewals for years, but it's now showing 'no active subscription' even though i have the receipt to show it is…

    Clearly something up, but I've emailed support a copy of the receipt so hopefully resolved soon
