I work out 4 days a week and I can't figure out how to count my calories for it! It's cardio and strength training and it's INTENSE!!!! It's called Boot Camp. I have absolutely no idea how many calories I burn in each session. Any ideas?

I would advise you to buy and fitness watch that can calculate your calories. When I do my bootcamp, I burn between 900-1300 calories. It all depends on how hard you push yourself!!! Gut Check Fitness ROCKS!!!0

Get yourself a heart rate monitor. You can also enter it in as Calisthenics but that won't be quite as accurate.0

The problem though is that an HRM is going to dramatically over-estimate the number of calories burned with this type of excercise. I think you could use the "circuit training" entry in MFP to approximate the calories burned as good as anything.0
