    09/16-184.8 ❌ (Trend Weight: 184.8) A funny thing happened on the way to the…. Okay, anyway. Here’s the story (to explain the gain). Made a lovely dinner last night that I’ve made before. But instead of chicken breast it was boneless chicken thighs. Instead of roasted…sautΓ©ed in a pan. After all that work I gagged on the first bite. The meat was too hard. Now, this has always been the main crux of my eating disorders…texture. In the trash bin it went after all that work! So with no plan for dinner now, and STARVING did I make a quick good choice? Perhaps a tuna sandwich on low cal/low carb bread. Perhaps breakfast for dinner with eggs and avocado toast. Perhaps even just a quick can of soup, though processed it would be within calorie and carb limits. Nope. Straight for the boxed sweetened cereal left by DD for DGS. A bowl and Β½ later I was finally full (which of course didn’t last too long), so then I had to suffer the rest of the night. August was a very good month for me. You can see by the Red X’s that September has not been. It’s time to pull my head out of you-know-where and get with the program. My lower left area of my tummy/torso is hurting today. My intestines I think. It’s probably the sugar!

    🐝🐝🐝🐝 09/17-184.0 βœ… - (Trend Weight: 184.7) I had a diverticulosis attack yesterday so I stuck mainly to liquids to rest my intestines. That’s what my Doc always recommends. It’s not always possible due to my diabetes and glucose drops, but yesterday turned out to be no problem (except for hunger!) No exercise as I was afraid I would get too weak. I didn’t worry about calories or carbs, just food that wouldn’t have to be digested. At the end of the day I logged everything and found my calories to be quite low but my carbs on the high end of my allowance. So I don’t know if this drop in weight will last but this is the reading this morning with no TMI in sight. Today are hair appts for me and my son. I will take him to lunch as is the custom. I will try very hard to be careful on my choices though I find myself very hungry. Perhaps a small snack before we go will help. This was such a great round for so many and lots of fun with the wedding within our midst! Loved all the pics from everyone! Nice to see @quiltingjaine back too . See you all next round.

    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

    9/8 - 128.6. Just looking to maintain this round. I’ll be on vacation tomorrow through Saturday and plan to indulge (my favorite ice cream shop in the world is where we’re going and I haven’t been in years!). Hopefully the last 4 days of the round will be enough for damage control back to my start weight. Today is meatless Monday in our house and I plan to make a veggie-rich dinner with one last round of tomatoes from the garden (I planted 8 tomato plants but let the volunteers go wild and we ended up with way more supply than demand!). I did a Peloton ride this morning and just have trip prep the rest of the day. Happy Monday! I know, easy for me to say with a vacation starting tomorrow πŸ˜†

    9/14 - 132.8. Not surprised by this considering I overindulged all week even through my drive home yesterday. I was exhausted and drove alone with the kids for 8 hours and was shoving anything I could into my mouth to stay alert. It was a lovely break and the kids absolutely loved the beach and all the seafood! We did a beautiful sunset paddle board our last evening there. Today is cleaning, unpacking, maybe gardening, and hopefully a workout of some sort. Still tired.Β

    9/15 - 132.0. My main goal today is to drink more water than I have been. I’m substituting this morning but plan to do a short strength workout with my 4yo at home this afternoon. Really need a miracle to meet my maintenance goal this round! Yesterday I wound up going on a short mountain bike ride. I need to do that more. Love getting into the woods on two wheels!


    9/16 - 130.8. Happy with that! I managed to increase my water and get things moving through my system! Still unlikely to shed 2 pounds before tomorrow morning πŸ˜† That’s okay though! Today I’m off work so I walked the dogs and lifted weights. Made a meal plan and grocery list so I’ll hit the store before picking up the 4yo from preschool. Book club tonight!


    9/17 - 129.0. Made it close to my goal, but I am pretty sure this is dehydration from the wine at book club. Pretty sure I’ll see my weight pop back up tomorrow, especially since I’m currently eating a salty Asian bowl for lunch. See yall next round!!

    SW MFP Sept 14, 2020  – 153 (lost 40, then stress loss of 2.2 lb with low of 120.8, then stress gain)

    GW Maintaining between 124 – 126Β

    9/18 – 127.8 I will get myself together. Excuses include β€œafter wedding” Monday. Tues spent 4 hours trying to help acclimate new private aid for mom, who then quit and snuck off the job two hours before her end time. Wed working on aftermath, and today, back to maine to clean everything there and close it down. I distract easily.Β 

    We are going out to eat tonight, but I know the restaurant and menu.

    9/30 – 128.0 Got through dining out night #1. Tonight is lasagna at my MIL’s. I should be able to handle that OK as I have eaten it many times.

    10/1 – 128.0 so this seems to be where I am at. Calories yesterday were reasonable. I have a sneaking suspicion though that I have not been post my #’sΒ Β to our group.
