    Saturday. Surprise, AZ... Cactus Cha Cha--- 7 mile trail race. This will be my 3rd time running this race. Gonna break my old course PR!!!

    Long Beach marathon for me on Sunday! Practically in my backyard - course comes within 4 miles of my house.

    Love Your Body 6k. First race in my Vibrams. Next weekend I'm doing a 5k night run under blacklights with body paint & glow sticks. Should be a blast! Also doing a costumed 5k on Oct 29th
