New to Nutrition Tracking

Hi all. I've been working on my physical health for a couple of years now, but wasn't paying too much attention to the nutritional facts of my intake. I try to eat better, but don't really know anything about macros, protein, etc. Just a couple of days logging my meals here have helped me to start understanding what I am really putting into my body.

I'm hoping to connect to others to get some ideas and motivation to keep going on this new journey to becoming healthier and more mindful about my nutrition. I am also a type 2 diabetic going through perimenopause so there are many challenges facing me. Just trying to push through and live a healthy lifestyle. Just beginning to learn about the role of supplements on our health, so open to discussing with others who have experience in this area.
