October 1st (Home from camp) got in walking miles today though…..4.00 ❤️

I wasn't going to do anything today but decided that was the wrong way for me to start off this October. So I did 30 arm dumbbell curls and 10 minutes on my stationary bike.

I'm 65 years old, I have 50 lbs to lose and I'm ready to put my head in the game!

Good Morning. Thank you 200Karen for the welcome. Yesterday I did 16,160 steps for the day. I used my friends trampoline for 20 minutes and walked on a trail. I'm on vacation in Oregon and will be driving home to PA tomorrow morning.

Hi, trying to stave off old age creaks. Recently joined a gym, will try to record my activity there as well as any extras. I'm generally on my feet as I manage a pub. Hoping to build new habits 😁

@designed2climb now that’s a road trip coast to coast. Enjoy your time across the country🚍 🥂 For the last 20 years I’ve lived near Sisters OR. Also 30+ years ago, just for a few years, I lived in PA near Wilkes-Barre. For me it was too far from home. How did you like the trampoline? I’m restricted right now but I’m a rebounder have been for 10 years. Just love the great cardio workout without the effort.
@kittyod welcome to Jeannie’s Challenge. She’s usually right here to say hi and welcome. Maybe she’s getting ready for another camping trip😊Have fun making new habits. Few years ago I joined a senior CrossFit gym. Was going 3x weekly for 20-40 minutes sessions. Loved the quicker and higher intensities workouts. Restricted from lifting for a while so I’m missing it and my gym friends. Managing a pub should rack up those daily steps. 🚀

Hi Karen & kittyod...
I loved the rebounder. Its not hard on the knees. I was at Seaside beach and Canyon Beach in Oregon.
Iwas also visiting WA. I have friends there.
I recently moved to Central PA. This isn't going to be a long lived place. Lol
But for now it's ok.
Im happy to be here. But i really need to kick it up a notch for my health.
