First week of Zepbound

it’s taken a lot of thought and frustration to get me to taking Zepbound. Firstly, it’s darn expensive (am self paying) and then all the noise about nausea and other GI issues.
Must say I am eating better and smaller amounts (as much protein as I can), drinking water and starting to move more. I only had one issue after eating a homemade portobello mushroom pizza! Probably the fat but definitely caused lower GZi distress.

i am on zep and started in May. I’m at 2.5 dose for every 14 days now. I’m so scared of going back to old eating habits, but i want to lend my support to you! I had really positive experience with it!

I just took my first dose on Tuesday. I had immediate nausea and felt hungover for several hours afterwards. No issues since then except for less food noise and full faster. Let’s do this!!

I’ve been on Zepbound for one year and have lost 38 pounds. I still want to lose another 40 or so, but I might have to go off it due to cost. You have to force yourself to eat sometimes, but if you don’t you’ll never learn how to eat properly. It’s a great time to explore everything in moderation since you’re not hungry and will fill up quickly. Beware of constipation!!! Drink plenty of water.
