I have been horrible for the last 2 days and it all started with an amaretto sour...then another...and another....

I am officially climbing back on board RIGHT NOW!

    I've been horrible as well the whole last WEEK! It started when I bought some Easter candy to hide on Easter for the kids....there won't be any of THAT left by the time Easter does get here.....

    I'm officially back today, too

    Just get started today. Life doesn't have to be about depriving yourself of everything all the time. Just get back to your normal, healthy lifestyle and let those "splurges" be rarer. That works! :wink:
