    MFP Weekly Check-In 10-27-25

    Debbie in Napa Valley CA - weigh in- same as last week, which I wasn't surprised at. Just glad it didn't go up.

    Sue in WA - I had a relatively good week this week. Weight stayed the same. I missed Tuesday water exercise due to podiatry appointment. Steps were again slightly over 6000 average per day. I feel like I am making small improvements overall.

    Ps@2s habit solid but still no easier .... No knee and shoulder PT, BB&B/PT knee lifts, split squats, dynamic balance,  or chair yoga, foo.

    Blamed my zero energy this weekend on the rain, but thankful it wasn't as windy as forecast.  Power stayed on, trees stayed up... ;}

    Lanette in SW WA State – Weight staying the same, OK with it, in a good range and clothing fits well. Logging most days. Steps avg. this past week: 7301, down from last week. Discontinuing early morning walks outside right now due to cold and/or wet, walking in house 15 minutes, carrying weights, instead. Still walking after most meals, carrying weights. Cut way back on SWSY last week – did a lot of physical work outside, so plenty of lifting and squatting, carrying heavy stuff.
