Made these tonight and loved them!

1 pkg of 15 Shells of Athens Mini Fillo Shells (188 calories)
15 - 1/2 Tbs. (7 1/2 Tbs) of TGI Friday's Spinach Artichoke Dip thawed (113 calories)

I took the fillo shells and put them on a baking pan.
Filled each shell with 1/2 Tbs. of the Spinach dip.
Baked for about 10 minutes.

They are yummy! And only 20 calories each.

Calories - 20 each

I love these little Fillo shells! Plan to try some other recipes using them. If you have a good recipe using them, I'd love to hear it!

love both....would have to make the whole thing a dinner instead of an appetizer...Unless they would freeze well :D
  • A great reason to get a little extra exercise in tonight, off I go to the supermarket to see if I can find the ingredients to your entree.
    Thank you for sharing :)

Ooh, never thought to do that will my fillo dough! Search "spinach dip cups" in the forums. Fun, yummy alternative with won ton wrappers. Basically, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, I use a little milk to thin it out and then put the won ton wrappers in a cupcake liner, bake, then fill with the filling and eat! Yum!
