Healthiest sushi roll?

Avoid anything deep fried, obviously. Same goes for the ones with special sauces. Go very traditional - fewer ingredients, no sauces, etc. Truly, sushi and sashimi are great options for someone trying to lose weight and eat right. Don't be afraid of the fish - very healthy, great source of protein, tastes fantastic. Enjoy!0

That's what I normally get, mainly because I'm a sushi newbie, and I do like it. Just wondering if there are better options.
just eat whatever you want. moderation is fine, it's not going to kill you.
There are several others that are awesome tasting, but you'll prolly not get them, such as the eel roll or alaskan roll
Annnnnnnnnnnd now I'm craving a Las Vegas roll! :ohwell:0
