30 day muslce building challenge ideas pls

I need some sort of challenge. I'm really into weight lifting but am coming to the end of NROLFW. I'm thinking of taking up cross fit? Any ideas anyone? I want something weight/strength based that's really going to challenge me (please no insanity or P90X) but I also want to be in a group or at least be around other people. All ideas welcome. I really want to increase my muscle.

    Maybe pick a few lifts and focus on % increase for a six rep max?
    I am open to ideas.

    Check out some of Bodybuilding.com's 12-week programs. Jamie Eason has one that looks pretty good. They're not 30 days but may be worth a shot.
