How do you stay on top of your game?

I have been on top of this (weight) game but recently Ive fallen. How do you stay on top of it? I made a good start this morning. I had a whole wheat bagel with 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup of baby spinach. Im planning on walking 1hr at lunch. I can do this strong at the beginning of the week but around Thursday I get either busy or tired.:grumble:

How do you guys do it?

    hello use this site alot for motivation , keep old pic of yourself close reminder of how you used to be :mad: (on phone ) and my kids to show them they have a choice

    I never leave room for excuses..If I am trying to be lazy or get myself out of doing things right I take a moment to reflect and that usually does it..I say to myself is this going to hinder or slow my progress...if so even a little bit.......I then decide to do the right thing.
