NO wieght loss

i dont know why but since the time i have started exercising i lost weight in the start but now i have a stagnant weight and no inch loss... dont know what to do..
any suggestion ....

    Don't panic, keep exercising and eating well and it will pay off.
    I've read that when you start exercising hard (and I know you've been working hard!) that your muscle fibres hold onto water as they heal, so that could be it.
    Give it time!

    Well it all really depends on your diet (I looked but I don't personally know what most of the food is!), exercise, water intake and how long your weight loss has been frozen. Mine stopped going down for a week and I got super stressed and impatient, now it fluctuates and every pound lost is a prize. :D

    I really can't offer better advice anyway, as I am still learning about good diets.

    Are you dinking a good amount of water and expending good time doing some type of cardio exercise for 20 plus minutes a day . . .
