hello was wondering if anyone would like to be friends, help one another along the way not sure if im doing this right as i lost 4 pound then nothing and then gained a little but im sticking with my calories.i dont understand. help please!

    I found that sticking to you calorie intake works slower (much slower) than if u compliment it with a bit of exercise each week (i do 3 sessions of fast walking for 60 mins each time every week @ least).


    I started dieting 12 days ago...but i had previously lost 22kg. If u eat well, exercise and drink plenty fo water , you can't fail :-)
